We collect and process personal data only within the scope of the legal provisions of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

3. Legal Basis
The processing of your personal data is based on:

4. Payment Processing with Stripe
Stripe Inc. processes payment data as a processor in accordance with Art. 28 GDPR.

We do not store credit card data. All payment information is processed securely via Stripe.
5. Data Disclosure
Your data is only disclosed to the following third parties:
- Stripe (payment processing)
- Cleaning service providers (for service delivery)
- Subcontractors (for service delivery)
- IT service providers (technical support)
- Authorities (when legally required)
For service delivery, the following data is disclosed to qualified subcontractors: Name, address, phone number and service details. This is done in accordance with Art. 28 GDPR (processor agreements) with corresponding data processing agreements.
All subcontractors are bound by confidentiality and may not use customer data for marketing or disclose it to third parties.
5a. Data Processing by Subcontractors
For service delivery, the following data is disclosed to qualified subcontractors:
- Name and contact details
- Service address
- Phone number for coordination
- Service details and special requirements
- Appointment information
Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (contract performance)
All subcontractors are bound by corresponding data processing agreements in accordance with Art. 28 GDPR.
Subcontractor obligations:
- Confidentiality agreement and GDPR compliance
- Data use only for service delivery
- No disclosure to third parties
- No marketing use
- Secure data deletion after service completion
Subcontractors store customer data for a maximum of 30 days after service completion for quality purposes, then complete deletion.
6. Data Retention
We store your data only as long as necessary for the respective purposes:
- Booking data: 10 years (under §257 HGB)
- Invoice data: 10 years (under §147 AO)
- Customer data: Until contract termination + legal retention periods
- Marketing data: Until consent is withdrawn
