1. Scope
These Business Terms & Conditions apply to entrepreneurs, companies, and other business clients booking services with Kleaners.de - Anton Ivanov.
They apply to online business bookings and to quote-only services accepted verbally or in writing, unless an individual contract provides otherwise.

3. Services, Service Levels, and Personnel
Kleaners performs services through employees and qualified subcontractors. Kleaners may replace assigned personnel where necessary to ensure service performance.
Regular and Expert service logic also applies to business bookings. The exact scope depends on the booked service, the site conditions, and any agreed add-ons or custom offers.
4. Contract Formation
For online Stripe bookings, the contract is concluded when the booking is submitted and the necessary Stripe pre-authorization succeeds.
Request cleaning remains non-binding until Kleaners approves it. Quote-only or custom business work becomes binding after verbal or written customer consent to the offer.
5. Prices, Invoices, and Payment
All prices are net or gross as stated in the respective offer or booking flow. Invoices are due immediately unless another payment term is agreed.
Statutory German default rules apply if payment is not made when due.
Where Stripe is used, pre-authorization may occur at booking and capture may occur after service according to the agreed payment flow.
6. Site Access and Client Duties
- Provide a responsible contact person with authority to coordinate and accept the service.
- Ensure access, utilities, parking or loading access, and compliance with site rules.
- Disclose hazards, restricted zones, sensitive equipment, and special legal or safety requirements in advance.
- Provide correct scope information. Material deviations may require repricing, rescheduling, or suspension.
7. Cancellation, Rescheduling, and Interruptions
Unless an individual agreement states otherwise, the same cancellation windows apply as in the consumer booking flow: free up to 24 hours, 50% under 24 hours, 75% under 12 hours, and 100% for no-show or no access.
If Kleaners cannot fulfill the service, already paid amounts for the cancelled service are refunded. Rescheduling support may be offered. A 10% discount may be granted in selected cases but is not guaranteed.
- No automatic 10% discount applies in cases such as transport delays, extreme weather, or breakdown-type events.
- Unfulfilled or partially fulfilled jobs caused by denied access, unsafe conditions, missing utilities, force majeure, legal restrictions, building restrictions, or emergency interruption are resolved individually.
8. Acceptance, Claims, and Liability
Business clients must inspect the service promptly and report visible damage or quality issues within 24 hours.
Business liability handling focuses on site rules, key handling where agreed, and third-party liability issues. Kleaners nevertheless aims to resolve claims pragmatically and fairly.
9. Final Provisions
German law applies. The place of performance, invoice, and communication may be specified in the individual agreement.
If individual clauses are invalid, the remainder of the agreement remains effective.
