Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from the choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract.
We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.
Exclusion of Right of Withdrawal
Important notice: The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the provision of services if the entrepreneur has begun to execute the service with the express consent of the consumer and with their knowledge that they will lose their right of withdrawal upon commencement of execution of the service.
For cleaning services, this means: once the agreed service has started with your prior consent, the statutory right of withdrawal no longer applies. Before that point, the statutory withdrawal rules remain in force.
Legal basis: The statutory right of withdrawal under §355 BGB remains unaffected. The cancellation conditions only apply after the withdrawal period has expired.
Cancellation Conditions
Free Cancellation
Up to 24 hours before appointment: cancellation is free of charge.
Partial Cancellation
Less than 24 hours before appointment: 50% of the agreed total price may be charged.
Short-term Cancellation
Less than 12 hours before appointment: 75% of the agreed total price may be charged.
No-Show
If access is not provided or the customer does not appear, the booking may be treated as a no-show and charged at 100% of the agreed total price.
Cancellation by Kleaners
Kleaners reserves the right to cancel bookings in the following cases:
- Illness or emergency of the service provider
- Force majeure (bad weather, natural disasters)
- Safety concerns
- Violation of terms by the customer
In case of Kleaners cancellations:
- Amounts already paid for the cancelled service are refunded
- A new appointment or another suitable team may be offered when possible
- A 10% rescheduling discount may be granted in selected cases, but is not guaranteed
- No automatic 10% discount applies for transport delays, extreme weather, or breakdown-type events

Special Provisions for Cleaning Services
The following special provisions apply to cleaning services:
- Access to the property must be ensured
- Pets must be safely contained during cleaning
- Valuables should be put away before cleaning
- Damage or quality issues should be reported within 24 hours
- Individual conditions can be agreed for recurring cleanings
