You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day of the conclusion of the contract.

Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from the choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract.
We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.
Exclusion of Right of Withdrawal
Important notice: The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the provision of services if the entrepreneur has begun to execute the service with the express consent of the consumer and with their knowledge that they will lose their right of withdrawal upon commencement of execution of the service.
Deposit system: For cleaning services, this means: Once the cleaning has started, there is no right of withdrawal. The cancellation conditions (§5a Terms) apply after the 14-day withdrawal period has expired.
Legal basis: The statutory right of withdrawal under §355 BGB remains unaffected. The cancellation conditions only apply after the withdrawal period has expired.
Cancellation Conditions
Free Cancellation
48+ hours before appointment: Full refund of the 30.00 EUR deposit within 5-7 business days. No cancellation fees.
Partial Cancellation
24-48 hours before appointment: 25% of the total price will be charged. The deposit (30.00 EUR) will be credited; the difference to the 25% of the total price will be calculated in addition.
Short-term Cancellation
Less than 24 hours: 50% of the total price will be charged. The deposit (30.00 EUR) will be credited; the difference to the 50% of the total price will be calculated in addition.
No-Show
Deposit is forfeited in full. Additional fee of 30.00 EUR possible. New deposit required for future bookings.
Cancellation by Kleaners
Kleaners reserves the right to cancel bookings in the following cases:
- Illness or emergency of the service provider
- Force majeure (bad weather, natural disasters)
- Safety concerns
- Violation of terms by the customer
In case of Kleaners cancellations:
- Full refund of deposit
- Alternative service provider offered when possible
- At least 2 hours notice in case of emergencies
- New appointment without additional costs

Special Provisions for Cleaning Services
The following special provisions apply to cleaning services:
- Access to the property must be ensured
- Pets must be safely contained during cleaning
- Valuables should be put away before cleaning
- We are liable for damages caused by the cleaning service according to our terms
- Individual conditions can be agreed for recurring cleanings
